The community of Rainbow Springs is a deed-restricted neighborhood (with a $250 HOA fee annually) alongside the Rainbow River in Marion County, about 20 miles southwest of Ocala. There are more than 3000 homes ranging from condominiums to multi-acre single-family home sites. The geography is mostly rolling hills with oak and pine forests teaming with songbirds and native wildlife.
The community HOA offers a clubhouse with tennis courts, basketball courts, a pool room, and all amenities throughout the community, including a golf course.
As a community HOA member, you can access the Rainbow River, with a boat ramp and restricted area only for members [See Gallery], with access to Rainbow River State Park as well.
Rainbow Springs Estates
Rainbow River Estates, located inside the Rainbow River community, are spread over a seven-acre parcel of land that is subdivided into 12 half-acre lots. BH Homes is going to build homes on a half-acre lot and are in the process of approving subdividing the parcel. Topographic, tree, and boundary surveys have been done on the property. Rainbow Springs Condos
Rainbow River Condo is also located inside the Rainbow River community. This is the ONLY last parcel left in the community to build a condo. The lot is 2.76 acres and is approved for 38 condos. This project can be sold as an individual condo or as one project. Topographic, tree, and boundary surveys have been done on the property. Environmental and wildlife reports are completed as well.
